Print Quality That Speaks Volumes

From marketing materials and labels to business reports and signage, it delivers clarity, sharpness and durability across a wide range of media types and finishes. Each page benefits from precise toner placement and deep saturation for a polished, high-end result.

Compact Design, Big Capability

The OKI C650 A4 Colour Printer fits into environments where space is limited but expectations are high. Its intelligent layout allows full front access to all consumables and trays, so it can sit neatly against a wall or under a counter. Built with a steel frame for long-lasting reliability, it’s engineered to keep working even under constant use — reducing downtime and service costs.

Ease of Use and Connectivity

Designed for simplicity, the OKI C650 offers intuitive control and straightforward maintenance. Replace consumables from the front, access configuration through the easy-to-navigate LCD panel, and print directly from USB or networked PCs. With options for Wi-Fi and Cloud Print, it integrates seamlessly into your existing workflow, letting multiple users print effortlessly from anywhere in the office.

Cost Efficiency and Return on Investment

The OKI C650 is designed with total cost of ownership in mind. Its efficient LED technology uses less energy and generates less heat than comparable laser printers, reducing your running costs. Long-life consumables and a highly durable fuser system mean fewer replacements, less downtime and more productivity over the life of the printer. Combined with duplex printing and flexible media options, you’ll see excellent value and ROI from day one.

Ideal Applications

  • Retail point-of-sale materials and price tags
  • Office reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Event signage and promotional banners
  • Hospitality menus, labels, and name cards
  • Marketing brochures and flyers

Environmental Efficiency

OKI’s LED technology is inherently eco-friendly, consuming less power and using fewer moving parts than traditional laser printers. The OKI C650 features an energy-saving standby mode, reduced noise output, and recyclable consumables, helping businesses achieve sustainability goals while maintaining top-tier performance.

OKI C650 – FAQs

What is an administrator password?(C650)

The admin password lets you change sensitive settings such as Admin Setup, Boot Menu items, and perform firmware updates.

Notes: When signing in on the device’s webpage, you’ll need both a username and password. The admin username is admin. Newer units (from serial BW42000143 onward) ship with an updated default format: it’s the 10-character serial number converted to lowercase (e.g., serial AB01234567 → password ab01234567). Change this to something secure after first login and keep a record—factory resets for lost passwords are a chargeable service.
I cannot enter the Admin Setup with the initial password.
Double-check the characters you’re typing. Models with an exterior admin-password label use mixed case and numbers, and the default is case-sensitive. If the printer’s default follows the serial-number style, ensure you’ve entered the exact 10 characters and changed any letters to lowercase. If a previous admin changed the password, use that value or reset it through your organisation’s admin process.
About the Impact of Strengthen the Google Acount Authentication and Workarounds

Google removed “less secure app” sign-ins. If your C650 (or other OKI models) uses Gmail for SMTP/POP—alerts, print via email, scan to email, internet fax—sign-ins with just your Google password will fail.

Workaround: enable 2-Step Verification on your Google account, generate an App Password, then enter that unique app password in the printer’s Mail Server settings for SMTP (and POP if used).

After printing, white steam comes out from around the paper exit area(C650)
This usually isn’t a fault. Paper that has absorbed moisture can release visible vapour when it passes the hot fuser, so you may see a light “steam” near the output. To minimise it, load fresh, unopened paper and keep the device in a warmer, dry spot within spec (ambient 10–32 °C, 20–80% RH, max wet-bulb 25 °C).
I want to check the firmware version of the machine.(C650)
On the operator panel go to ConfigurationSystem and view the displayed firmware version. You can also print a configuration sheet from Print InformationConfiguration to see the version in hard copy.
About the open-source license (C650)
The C650 includes software governed by open-source licences. See the bundled licence document (C650_OSSLicense.pdf) for the list of components, copyright notices, and applicable licence terms.
I want to check the MAC address.(C650)
From the panel: ConfigurationNetworkNetwork Information → choose Wired (LAN1) Information or Wireless (Infrastructure) InformationMAC Address. You can also print Print InformationNetwork to list the wired/wireless MAC on the report. (Wireless module is optional.)
I want to view the serial number.(C650)
Check the label inside the front cover (pull the blue lever to open). The serial is the leftmost 10 characters near the L2 lever. Alternatively, view it on the panel via ConfigurationSystemSerial Number, or print a configuration page and look for “Serial Number.”
The output tray or the front cover does not close.(C650)
Make sure the upper output tray is fully latched: pull the L2 lever, lift the tray, then press down firmly on both sides. If the front cover still won’t shut (L1 won’t push in), an image drum may be mis-seated. Open the tray fully, pull out the drum basket using the L3 handle, reseat all four drums (C/M/Y/K), and close everything firmly in the reverse order.
